Terms and Conditions of the Returns and Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exhanges
- Timeline: All requests must be initiated within ten (10) days from the date you receive the order.
- Documentation: A valid Order ID or Invoice is mandatory to process a return or exchange request.
2. Condition of the Returned Products
The items being returned must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
- Retain all original tags and packaging.
If the returned product exhibits sign of wear, damage, or any defect not previously communicated by the customer, the request for a refund or exchange will be rejected.
3. Responsibility for Return Shipping
- Customers are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our designated return facility.
- It is recommended to use a reliable courier service with a tracking facility to ensure the safe return of the product.
4. Damages After Use
- If the product incurs damage after use, complaints must be lodged within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from the date of delivery.
- Any claims made beyond this period will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
5. Mandatory Return Form
- Prior to sending the product back, customers must complete a Return Form, which can be obtained by contacting our WhatsApp Helpline.
- This form must accompany the returned item(s).
6. Processing of Refunds and Exchanges
- Timeframe: Refunds and exchanges will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after the receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- Refund Mode: Refunds will be issued exclusively via Bank Transfer and cannot be provided in cash due to logistics restrictions. Customers must provide accurate bank account details to facilitate the transaction.
7. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to ZANANI.
8. International Orders
- International orders are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, with the exception of orders placed from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where the return/exchange policy applies.
