Shipping charges: Rs. 250/-
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges: Rs. 300/-
To process the delivery, an acknowledgement of the pre-shipment invoice is Mandatory.

The buyer can refuse to accept the delivery if the product is damaged or does not match the one that was ordered.
